Kiriazis spearheads EHMA's growth trajectory and strategic direction by leveraging his extensive experience in cultivating businesses across mature and emerging markets. As a founding member, he brings a deep understanding of how to build strong relationships with international financiers, banks, real estate auditors, and asset management companies.

Prior to EHMA Kiriazis held various leadership positions within the hospitality industry, including General Manager roles at prestigious hotels like the Classical Makedonia Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki, Eagles Palace Hotel (member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World), Ramada Gevgelia in North Macedonia, Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan (Luxury Collection Starwood) in Sofia, Bulgaria and Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade, Serbia. His experience encompasses diverse property types across multiple countries, demonstrating his adaptability and success in a range of markets. He also held strategic roles such as Business Development Director, Director of Operations and Director of Sales & Marketing, showcasing his well-rounded skillset.

Kiriazis honed his expertise within the international hospitality sector. He held key positions in development, operations, and consultancy teams focused on acquisitions, financial restructuring, and business growth for renowned brands such as Starwood, Wyndham, Hilton and Radisson. Notably, his leadership extended to serving as Director of Development at Piraeus Insurance Brokerage Bulgaria, a member of Piraeus Bank Greece. In this role, he demonstrably leveraged his financial acumen and industry knowledge that bring him to solidify his expertise in hospitality asset meanwhile he founded EHMA (European Hotel Management) EOOD in 2012.

Kiriazis has also participated in the role of business development director in the launch of relevant and noteworthy projects in Eastern Europe, Turkey, Georgia and Italy, such as the development of 6 accommodation facilities in the center of Portorož in Slovenia, in Istanbul, Turkey, for a hotel project in the area of the new international airport, in Batumi, Georgia for a hybrid structure of 700 units between flats and hotel rooms, in Albania, in the city of Fier and Tirana for the development of 14 hotels in total. Important to mention also his presence in the Balkan countries such Croatia and Bulgaria, for operations of Asset management and product development.

A true embodiment of the international hospitality professional, Kiriazis has spent over two decades living, working, and studying across Greece, Germany, Italy, Finland, and Balkan countries. This global perspective brings invaluable insights and cultural fluency to EHMA's endeavors.
